I am a self-declared multi-hyphenate.

Born in Beirut, raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., now living in Los Angeles – my identity, once a puzzle, now completes me. I’ve straddled worlds, seeking belonging and balance.

As an immigrant, I struggled placing myself in the right check box. I spent endless energy falsely blending. After college, career and purpose overwhelmed me – tirelessly searching for my calling. As a wife and mother, I’ve struggled juggling layers of responsibility, joy and fulfillment. Being intuitive and sensitive, I’ve endured emotional setbacks from constant negating.

Ultimately, I found freedom in embracing all the hyphens. By reframing, rewriting, dismantling, and breaking through, I have transcended negative beliefs, self-sabotage and insecurities.

I am here - with head, heart, conviction and experience.
